In the States, you can find any type of food you are craving, but it isn't the same as sampling local cuisine while traveling. Here is a photo from a recent trip to Indonesia. While I love the local foods there, I did have to wash it down with an American staple: Coca-Cola.
If you can't make a trip to Indo, pick up some wooden stools and other pieces from Indonesia and India at The Wooden House Dallas. They'll make take-out seem a lot more exotic!
